What's the material? Is it stretchy? Machine washable or dryclean only? Could you possibly measure from armpit to armpit and the waist and add to the details? Thanks in advance!

Great questions! It's 92% Polyester 8% Spandex. Says Hand Wash Only, Line Dry but I'm sure you could wash it in cold on gentle cycle, in a garment bag & it'd be fine. Also, its double layer (see additional pics). Armpit to armpit measured 14" & below bust (at gold trim) is 12 1/2". Hope that helps!
