Both the leaves and the brilliant blue flowers are edible.The leaves taste like cucumbers. The flowers are so decorative fresh or candid for pastry. This plant reseeds so be careful where you plant it. Always direct seed borage in fertile soil and full sun. Once establish you will have plenty for years. I have found that like Hydrangeas the PH of the soil can change the flower color from blue to pink. This was a bonus package for me from another auction.
