These two oldies were once very popular, and Popeye had to eat spinach and fight to prove his love for Olive Oyl. Once used to get children to eat their spinach. In truth these two could use a clothes washing, but I am not familiar with best way so did not attempt. Also their fragile hands are a bit worn as seen in second picture. The actual heads seem to be in great shape. They looked cute in a display case for many years. I couldn't bear to put them in a yard sale, and felt possibly there was a Listia user out there who would love them for nostalgia sake.
