Hello & welcome to my auction!! I have just a few simple rules that I'd like everyone to follow & everyone benefits all the way around !!

1) No rude or disparaging comments toward myself or other bidders within the auction!! It will not be tolerated under any circumstances & if you are caught doing so, I will ban you from further auctions until I deem necessary!!

2) Please have a verifiable Listia approved address!! No emailed addresses will be accepted!!! However, PO Boxes are acceptable, again as long as they are verified & approved by Listia!!

3) I ship my items on Mondays & Wednesdays due to I work on weekends & am also a full time college student!! I do not drive, so I have to arrange transportation accordingly!! If you cannot wait, please do not bid..

4) If bidding goes over 5,000 there will be a surprise gift or two included with the item!!

5) I will answer any/all questions, comments or concerns you may have within 24 hours.. As again, I do work weekends & go to college full time.. But trust me, I will get back to you ASAP !!

Now, up for auction is a beautiful wooden framed & laminated copy of the famous religious poem " Footprints". I recently purchased this at an estate sale & there is slight damage to the lower front right corner due to being packed away from what I was told..

This is an excellent addition to any home decor scheme & the wood is finished in a deep chocolate brown stain.. It does have a brass circular hook attached at the top for hanging if so desired ..

Also this does come from a smoking & pet home, although I do keep both away from my items!!
