Hello fellow Listians! Up for auction today is the cookbook by Dr Peter J D'Adamo, called "Cook Right for Your Type" meaning blood type. Also included are 2 pamphlets about the blood type diet, and why blood type matters. This book, unfortunately for me, has been sitting on my metal wire bookshelf, for a couple years now, and I haven't really even looked at it! I did attend a seminar on the whole blood type diet where they went in depth as to the whys and hows of blood and the types with their differences. It all seems completely true, and did explain some weird food preferences for me, but like I said, I haven't even cracked the book open! The pics of the marks on the bottom and side of the book are from where it has been sitting on my shelf. Other than that it is in great condition! Thanks for looking and Good Luck!
