This beautiful top is multi color. I brought it at Brylane and waited to long to return it. It is made of 100 % cotton. The sleeves are long and there are a button on each sleeve, not for sure what it is there for. If any questions please feel free to ask. Thank you for stopping and looking at my auction.

Yes, that does help. She prefers 30" or more but this looks like it's very flowy and not tight around the hips so I think it would work. I will ask her. Thanks so much!! :-)
