Isn't International Numismatic Bureau a basement grading company not recognized as a legitament grading company?

I was not aware of that; I was only reading from the info on the slab. After further research they do apparently practice questionable business practices including grading their own coins before selling them. I bought these from a reputable dealer as Roman coins only; not a specific grade or $ value.
Long story short it is being sold as a Roman coin. I make no insinuations as to a grade or value.
