.... if you receive a package with postage due, please contact me to make right. It was not my intent. There are gray lines between, letter, non machineable, flat, and parcel. With my 12 plus years on ebay and here, I do the best I can with my post office's help, but sometimes we make mistakes.

My minimum flat rate shipping is $2.50 - if the items are heavy or bulky it costs more so I add .50 to cover my cost. A lot of customers start a 'shopping cart' sort of thing with me and add to as they go along - this will usually incur the use of a priority box or envelop - these run from $5.75 to 6.00 - hence the 6.50 shipping fee. Or, if they want to wait till I go to the post office I just charge the exact cost.
