This coat calls for Dry Cleaning.

The measurements on this coat is as follows:

Not really sure if this is a junior teen size.
The shoulder width is 12" and with the puff sleeve on the shoulder the width is 15".
The waist completely around measures 32".
Sleeve from shoulder to wrist measures 24" long.
Length of coat from shoulder to knee is 32" long.
