~you should have just sold this in your local paper, or something!! you cant say you wont ship if the bids dont get high enough for you! if you dont follow through with a transaction this isnt the place for you hun! anytime anyone lists an item we are taking a chance with what we might get for it! in all honesty, im surprised your auction hasnt been taken down yet! i again will say that this deserves alot of credits, but im sure alot of people have already been turned off by your mentioning many times now *will send only if it gets to a credit amount of my liking* ..that is NOT how things work here!! you might need to read the terms of service again!! no offense!!

~no trying to be mean at all, but once you list an item, you are *suppost* to willingly complete the transaction & send it to the winning bidder even if it doesnt reach the bid amount you were hoping! i completely agree that this is a high ticket item, and you should get a massive amount of credits for its value, Im just saying you cant make your own rules such as those threatening NOT to send it to someone if this ends without going high enough for your liking!! BTW, Im watching this myself, and Hope it gets up there for you!

the rights for this great country does not apply to listia they have there own rules
and you should really read them they state that you must accept the winning bid
it does not state any were that you have the right to turn down bids and your saying
that it the bid is not high enough you will turn it down and not send the item

you should read the rule's you are not aloud to decline the winning bid
no matter what it mite be and if you don't send it the winner will leave
you back feed back not something you want as a seller and get there credits
