Thinning out my gemstone collection. This is a nicely saturated 5x4mm natural tanzanite. Has just a hint of blue around the edges. Very nice stone with nice clarity. Free shipping in the US.

Does this have purple in the center? I'm trying to pinpoint the type of gems my earrings have in them. Thank you! F&W :)

We'll the stone it self is a purplish blue. But they come in an array of saturations between blue and purple to even green sometimes.. Maybe you have a mystic topaz? I have one listed you could see if it matches that one? :)

It's more like blue when you look at them and turn them a tiny bit and you can see the purple. I am about to go find out but I think I need to change something b/c I named them topaz but had a feeling that they are tanzanite. I know my late mom too well!

Very well could be tanzanite then.. Maybe a blue tanzanite! I have one that is blue purple and jut a hint of green. I love it! Gorgeous stones :)
