You get enough to make 3 Barbie pillows (or six if you have fabric for backs)
Please see 2nd pic for size
Just see 3 sides- stuff with cotton/poly-fil (cotton balls work well too) then see up the 4th side and play
I've made some for my youngest daughter and she loves these!
Perfect Barbie head size
Or use your crafty imagination and make something else

Hear came from fabric that had little squares- my suggestion for littlest pet shop is go to your local fabric store ;sometimes Walmart has fabric too) and see if you can find that kind of fabric- you could always cut out the pets and make little pillows that way if you can't find fabric with squares - hope this helps :)
