I don't really know what these are called, but they are really cool! They are made in India. Sort-of look like a skirt, but they are pants. Very loose and flowy. Would look amazing with a black crop top! The upper part has a liner like a pair of thin shorts, but the rest is kind of see-through. These are new without tags. I bought them but never wore them. They are a size large according to the tag. However, I did try them on and they fit more like a medium. The brand is Truth NYC. There are no holes, stains, or tears in them.
