Approximately 4 mm thick, the bands are round.
Material is soft and for most people the combination of round and soft material will result in “ouchless”.
Expand in your fingers about 9” from one side to the other.
This is a broken set — the original hanger shown in the “ruler” shot (see pic 3) is not with the bands — the 4 bands are in a plastic storage baggie as shown in last picture (see pic 5).
