Please excuse my ignorance but do you mean there is no monetary value because no money is on the card so it hasn't been activated in that since because I know when money is on a gift card as long as it isn't used it isn't activated. Which do you mean or is it just blank and the winner is to activate it by putting money on the card. Again please excuse my not understanding just want to be clear before bidding. Thanks
