I cannot say without opening up the package. This is what the manufacturer states: "Each kit contains a unique gold or silver outline sticker sheet plus 3 Glaze or Soufflé pens in coordinating colors," this one is the Soufflé™ 3-Dimensional ink pen kit. I've added some pics that I found on Google search.
