This is used but in great shape! Has Velcro by neck to make more secure has a slit on back for dogs who use a harness. Tag was cut out but this fits more like a vest as the measurements are 6" wide and 7" long not including the hood. Any questions please feel free to ask! My Morkie is a toy (Maltese/Yorkie) who weighs 5 lbs, this fit except I like it to cover to her tail but due to her breed she has a Longer back 9" so it's great for summer but when it's cold I would have liked it longer!
