It comes on and its in great condition battery stays up like it should what is wrong with it is you can go to where it says languages and then your country then connect to WiFi then it says this may take a few minutes to activate your phone and then it says activation error activation request could not be completed if the problem persists please contact Customer care. (You get phone and case and charger )

I have no clue I'm noob when it comes to iphones smartphones in general and I always preferred Android over apple. I got I listed as parts you can't get mad at me if you can't get it going you get it at your own risk I listed what I knew about it in the description.
