A 4 1/4" tall plastic figurine which is reminiscent of the Hummel figurines but is not one. It is unmarked on the base and it is not in the best condition but it is a cute little girl ready to mail a Valentine. It does stand on a green painted base. There is a spot on the head where it looks like there may have been a cord or string for hanging this as an ornament.
