Hey, can you tell me the point of the "classic" style, game pad, type controller? They say they can't be used on GameCube games, so what CAN you use them on? What's the advantage?

I don't understand how this can be used on the same games that the Wiimote, motion capture controller, is used on. Sorry for my ignorance!
