Description

The listing, Red Trumpet Vine Seeds has ended.

Clinging vine climbs to 35 ft. without a trellis. Can be allowed to run as a ground cover, too. Blossoms all summer. Sweet-scented, deep-throated flowers are especially tempting to hummingbirds. It’s an ideal way to fill your yard with delightful color and lasting fragrance! Adaptable and easy to grow. Thrives in full sun; does well in a wide range of soils. Zones 5-9.

Winner will receive approx. 20 seeds.

This thing looks pretty invasive. Is it kinda like morning glory? I could never get rid of that thing around my yard. And do you leave this in the ground for fall or pull them out once it done? Do I have to re saw the seed next year?

No this is a vine more like a honeysuckle. You leave it in the ground and it gets bigger as the years pass. It reseeds and more will come up, if you don't want them to do that just pull off the bean pods, they are big and easily removed.

I'm not sure I will have more to offer after these. I kept a few to plant at my mothers house this coming weekend. Won't know until after I am done there. sorry

I won these from someone else and I planted them in one of those greenhouse planters about a month ago and still nothing has happened. I am going to try and win these and try growing them all over again. :)
