PREPAID: This phone is 100% new I was suppose to be a Safe link phone but when activated it will not work on the towers in my area. It is networked with US Cellular (no sim card). It is activated already with 350 minutes on it but not sure if it can be used like that the phone number does not show only the last 4 digits (maybe whoever gets it can use it right away if you have the coverage) so i am thinking you buy another minute card or call US Cellular. It is not in the original box the box it is in is the one it was shipped in. Tracfone states it is a Verizon but when you dial a number it states US Cellular so I am really not sure.
