The listing, 7-Advertising Pencils "Microsoft Applications for Windows" Short, Late 80s- Early 90s- RARE! has ended.
Up for your consideration, I have seven Microsoft Advertising Pencils. They are small sized, like the Pencils you get at a golf course, or for filling out your Lotto form, being 3-1/2" long, from tip to end.
As you can see from the photos, They have the old Microsoft Logo, and are inscribed with: Microsoft Applications for Windows.
I'm thinking they handed these out at Tech fairs and such when they were pushing one of the early versions of Windows, which would have been somewhere between the late 80s and early 90's. That's a guess, based on when Pencils went out of style as a way to write.... At least this kind of pencil. The tips of a couple of them has a little white color. Not sure what it is, other than related to age. If you sharpen the pencil it goes away.
