Interesting question!!! According to the wise and powerful internet, Winchester Knives, USA models are manufactured by Bluegrass Cutlery in Manchester, Ohio on the Kentucky border. Their products include John Primble knives and S&D wooden cases."
I would assume that this knife is of this manufacture. I have no way of knowing otherwise. :-) Still a cool knife tho...
