This book has a little damage inside the front cover. I think it is missing a couple of pages, but I am pretty sure they are just the blank ones in front. This is packed with all kinds of literature. I have photographed the table of contents, even if it's just so you can see the amount of contents. I have seriously considered keeping this book.

Shipping is $4.50.
I am happy to combine shipping on multiple listings.
I will consider free shipping with a higher GIN amount, but be aware the amount may be considerable more than the current listing amount. If interested just comment.
I take Paypal or money order for payment. My Paypal address is tymbur@dencar1.com. Please, note which item you have won when you are paying the shipping. I will also take concealed cash although I don't recommend it. I have not had any problems and have always received the cash, however, I can't be responsible for lost payment. Another option that has worked nicely is if you would like to send stamps for cost of postage.

I will mail within 7 business days of the end of the listing and/or when payment is received. I live in a very rural area and get to town about once a week.
I regret to add that I need payment for shipping within 7 days OR at least contact me for other arrangements. If you bid and do not contact me or pay shipping, I will keep your credits and relist the item. As I wrote, I regret this, but I have had too many people who have not responded to my emails or will not want to pay shipping and want their credits back.
