This is why local honey is best if available. The local honey has elements in it that when the bees make it, it has properties from the air that you normally breath which is why local honey is best. It helps build up your immune system better than the refined honey available at a big box store.

This is in no way meant to substitute a doctor's care & medication he prescribes. If you have bad breathing problems and get sick a lot, you may need inhalers & oxygen. This drink is a comfort aid and does not replace any medication that you might need.
