It has lights in it and they turn in when plugged in. It stands 3.5 ft tall. The present is grey/ white with pinkish bow and white happy birthday sign. We used it for a boy he didn't even care about the color of the bow. It comes from a smoke and pet free home. In box nothing wrong with it. Will be shipped in its box wrapped in brown paper.
