It's amazing how a childhood pastime became an adult coloring "craze" in 2015-16. I've Been collecting coloring books for adults since 1991. My collection is extensive and so is what I color with. It's important to have many different mediums. I use ink, watercolor, crayons and pencils. For years I realized the benefits of coloring. At first,it brought back memories from when I was little sitting next to my mom and remembering her saying"stay in the lines". Now I use the coloring book to create many of my nail art designs plus it gives me the relaxation I need to help keep my stress to a minimal level.
