This is an over the air digital tv antenna. It does not come with the holder (mount) but still works fine. Simply connect coaxial to input and connect to a digital tv. Where you put the antenna is up to you. The higher the better and in line with your tv stations.

Yes as long as it's a digital tv with a coaxial output capable of getting over the air digital channels
