Yes mam it sure does....it's in great shape too.....it's a little heavy because of the glass and the brass chain but I will mail it cheapest way possible with some bubblewrap too...lol

No chips or cracks that I can tell it's been hanging up in same place for years and has been unplugged since March so it's nice and rested for you
