All products aren't suitable for all people, so if some people have hair loss when using WEN that's realistic, but that's the risk you take as with any product. Hair dye make up hair care products lotions anything. And most products say to test on small strand prior to use all over. Its kind of like medicine, if you read the possible side affects you wonder why your taking the med when it can cause 100 worse affects but not every one got ever side affect, things affect n react diff. To all people. You can't just say it causes people to loose hair, cuz not all people have that or it wouldn't sell and maybe some falls out but that's normal I loose more hair just brushing my hair n I don't put anything in my hair. I'm done now lol sry.
