i think what Madebeautiful22 was saying is that, you use to be able to list a coupon as long as it didn't require a purchase. as in, by 1 get 1 free. now they have restricted all coupons. i dont understand it either, considering, you can get free redbox rental tickets. in a way they are coupons for a free DVD rental.
