This is a great gift for Christmas, Retirees, Wedding gifts, House warmings and memory albums. I've even had people commission these on small card stock for placement in their Mom or Dad's Long term care room.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:

You must provide me with at least one photo (preferably on an angle) and in turn I will create a unique piece of art based on a loved or treasured home.

These are hand-drawn and in no way computer generated. In this manner, I can take several items that you wish to encorporate from similar photos to put into the drawing. (For example a bench or mailbox that was there at one time).

Best suited for photos taken on an angle (as shown) however, full on front views work well too.

The original drawing will arrive on 'onion skin' with white paper backing. This gives the original a shimmery effect when framed.

The finished piece will fit into an 8 x 10 frame (not included)

Also please allow between 2 to 6 weeks to arrive. I will send an email with a small snapshot of the drawing for approval first. Some shipping companies take longer, but this will arrive in an envelope, and those usually arrive within two weeks of my sending them.

Shipping costs are extra.
I will coordinate the shipping to anywhere in the world that IS available, and fees will be based on standard courier rates posted by companies such as FedEx and Purolator. I'll advise the costing amount in the email advising completion.

I also do card sized portraits (that will also fit into a smaller 5 x 7 frame) as well as larger home portraits (11 x 17) available on request.
