Just because you're items broke, I can't do anything about how the post office people handle items and that doesn't mean you get you're shipping back you paid for shipping not the item!! And excuse me for my grandfather dying and I had to go to a funeral!!!

dont come on here on another one of my auctions and publicly bash what a poor seller you are sorry about your loss but according to listia rules you are infact responsible as to how an item is shipped and how it arrives clearly states seller is responsible for lost stolen and defective broke item if it wasnt shipped in the manner and didnt arrive in the manner as described

I would if I could but I'm in the process of filing for disability and am raising two kids atm on foodstamps and 83.00 a month I get in child support I do free shipping when possible for the flst envelope type items but I just can't on bigger things and even though the charge ports are broke your getting two phone that are the same just different colors if you knew someone that knew how to put charge ports in you have two perfectly good phones we were for awhile doing the free battery swap at us cellular but as much as my kids were on them it was a hassel every week to swap batteries lol
