No. I am sorry, it does not. Bought it and never wore it (event was cancelled) and it has been stored in garment bag for a few months. Thanks for looking.

yes, this dress has an empire style waist (higher right below your bust) the length is approx 28 inches from top of dress to bottom (not including the straps). I am approx 5'4" tall (64 inches) 34 C bust and this dress goes to my knee. It is not form fitting and the inside lining is stretchy but the outer sheer fabric is not. When I was looking closer at the design to look for missing stones I noticed it is actually tiny little silver beads and not rhinestones with a few silver sequins as well.
