A yellow skinned variety of the famous Ghost Pepper or Bhut Jolokia. Bears long, 3", pointed and conical fruits with a characteristic wrinkled appearance. Heat is extremely intense, and the variety is one of the hottest peppers in the world, along the lines of the Red Bhut Jolokia. Beneath the heat is a fruity or citrus-like flavor making the variety appealing for hot sauce flavoring.
80-90 days. Up to 1,000,000 Scoville. Heat ranges to a low of 300,000 in some peppers.

Estimated germination time under optimal conditions: The Yellow Bhut Jolokia is one of the slower germinating peppers. 4-16 weeks
