Please excuse me my friend posted this auction for me and could not find the picture I had on my computer clearly. I had listed a similar auction before but for a different scent im very sorry for this issue I do not know how to delete is auction though i did indeed the last one though.

I understand that and im very sorry she was just trying to help me post some up while i was at work and im very very sorry. I had my own photo on here already she really is stupid and thats prob why she didnt think anything of it. You can look in my back history and see that I am not lying I did have photo samples on here. I tried to take off that photo but it wont allow me too. I mean I understand if you report me and stuff I do take blame because I did allow her on my account.

If you ask me, this is much ado over nothing and I'm getting really tired of this kind of thing. Granting that this is a pic that you took on your own stinkin kitchen table, crystalrobertson, I doubt that you have filed for copyright and if you did file, it's not likely to be granted because it does not meet minimum standards of originality. It's not even a good photo. Ansel Adams you are not, my dear. Still, dyerskreation was very amenable and complied with your wishes to the extent of her ability to do so though it could be argued that she was under no obligation to do so. Your attitude toward that compliance could certainly have been more gracious.
