This is the Full Complete Set of the Original Power 90 DVD Series (( Before Power 90 X came out)).. They all work great, play great, and have original Inserts..

You get Level 1 ALL on 1 Dvd and then Level 2 are Two Different Dvd's, you will also receive the Ab ripper 200 that is New and Sealed.

You Switch from Cardio/ Strength Training Every Other Day along with the Ab Ripper

All you need to get started are some free weights or bands.

This series came out first as you were supposed to do the 3 months of this Series and then move onto P90X

It works Amazing .. I finished it up and am now going onto another Beachbody program but my results are amazing...

Just 30-40 min a day for 6 days a week along with a Low Calorie/ High Protein Diet and you will be shedding pounds in no time. and looking Lean and Trim.

There are different intensity Levels so about 3-4 weeks into it.. your supposed to step up to level 2... But anyone Can Start this program.. And its best if Your not in great physical shape to start this before some of the more intense workouts.. as they may make you give up if your not ready for them yet.
