My bro in law also worked for them in CA and they do not offer full time.
Most companies source their customer service calls outside the USA.

They all have fake American names. Most of them are from India or China. A 15 minute call winds up to be an hr call because we both don't understand each other.

My daughter worked for Amazon in Tn. and they barely got full time hours, but she's happy working for T-Mobil now. It's ashame they outsource so many jobs, Comcast routes most of there calls to Mexico

I am always on the phone with them. FYI always ask to speak to someone in the USA. They source their customer service calls outside the US. Saves you a lot of time :)

Oh yeah I have definitely noticed that. But they seem to be very kind and helpful. I'm not sure where there from but it's ridiculous because they all seem to have American names. That tells you a lot about Amazon, lying to there customers right off the bat.

Yes it's actually 2-3 days now. They have recently changed the guaranteed 2 day shipping. But that's still faster than Snail Mail
