Yes it does glow when it's plugged in.

No nothing appears broken and worked. I don't have an Xbox anymore and found this in my storage boxes.

No stick problems nothing. I had an Xbox and sold it to help with bills and never played it. I went there my storage unit and gettin
g rid of stuff and came across it. It worked just fine. Lil dusty but worked. I'm still finding Playstation games. The original one.lol. thought I got rid of those also but guess missed some them too.lol.
