No internet connection....IT is a pen and it writes... it is used mainly for kids to send msgs within a certain range - think of it like a walkie talkie.....

No it is not a cell phone....Think of it like a walkie talkie....Within a certain range you can send a msg and if someone has the same message pen they can receive it...
