The listing, Laptop Computer Cooling Fan has ended.
A laptop portable cooling fan. It is 6" long and 2 1/2 " wide before you open it. You sit it under your laptop to keep it cool, it will help the battery stay cool. You plug it into your computer and it lights up, the fan quietly runs. Works great!
Fanned & Watching. I understood your answer the first time you stated it. It was easy to understand that you have to have the fan on a flat surface and someone's lap isn't a flat surface. It only takes common sense to understand that. Some people just don't have it.
I understand what cokerewards2 is asking you and to be honest not cocky, Swatson...you havent answered cokerewards2's question. I want to bid on this and I want to know the their question as well. What hes trying to ask is...if you were to put this fan on your lap under a laptop...will the weight of the laptop stop the fans from running? I had a fan that did that and it ended up wearing the fan blades out quickly. We are curious to know if this one will do the same type of thing if you use it on your lap?
You can sit the fan beneath the laptop on a flat surface and the weight of the laptop will not cause the fan to stop running. I appreciate you clarifying the question. Thank you!
No, that's not what I'm saying. The fan will continue to run, the weight of a computer will not cause it to stop running. You would want to put the fan on a flat surface with the computer sitting on it. I hope that makes sense.
@ KJaneway When your laying in bed and want to put the laptop on your legs, that is one instance of using it on your lap...I do that all of the time. The last fan I had was slim and a flat rectangle with 3 fans inside it. The weight of my laptop would stop the fans from running when I had them both on my lap. And the added pressure I put on it from resting my hands on the keyboard didnt help either. This seriously is the easiest question to answer but obviously the hardest to understand in text. lol
I've used it and it has never stopped working on me. You can see how it's made. If you have the flat side of the fans on your lap I don't see any reason why they wouldn't work. I hope this answer the question. I'm very sorry this seems confusing.
