Correct! Also, it has been in the original packaging since I purchased it. (Too small for my dog and I never took it back) Because it's been in the packaging It is just as I purchased it. Whoever gets it will absolutely adore it.

Awe! Your chihuahua is adorable. The size chart says 12-14 Inches around by your picture it looks like it would but i'd measure your furry friend to be sure I didn't and my pug is too round.
