In mint condition, secured in plastic. The stamp in the photo is the one you will get. Stamp is unused and as good as brand new.

This auction is for a U.S. 13 cent stamp issued in 1977 the 100th year anniversary of the drafting of the Confederation and it is of "Drafting the Articles of Confederation in 1777"
