is this new or used? it's cute. I have 2 new grandbabies. 1 is 10 weeks old and the other is 2 days old

You know, I listed it as EUC (excellent used condition) because it was given to me from a friend when I had my son last June, when they gave it too me there was no tag on it but it looked new and I never got around to actually having my son wear it... He grew too fast, lol. But since I'm not sure if my friend had used it or not and because it didn't have a tag on it when it was given to me- I can only assume that it had been used. But if it was, it shows no signs of wear. So I would call it in excellent used(or not) condition. The only thing is that it was washed because whenever I get any new clothes (used or new) I wash right away. Hope this helps explain your question and thank you for your interest. :)

thank you, I never paid attention to what EUC meant. my daughter is the same way, she washes everything (brand new) before she wears it.
