NEW IN PACKAGE BUT OPENED AT BOTTOM. I took the camera out of the package to see if it would tell me the # of Pixels, and it didn't. I recieved this as a birthday gift along with another camera. Decided to keep the other camera and auction this one. I only use Kodak cameras This comes with the batteries. Everything is there. I photo graphedd all the detalis about the camera above.
