Seller doesnt have to refund credits because buyer didnt read description. Seller specifically stated pay pal only. Therefore unless someone outbids you Patrickdrennan2 seller doesnt have to refund your credits. And also Patrickdrennan2 since you are new to Listia & if you sell an item the credits arent automatically released to you until the buyer leaves positive feedback for you. I feel like the Listia Police today. Go read Listia rules & regulations & you will see that everything I stated to you is true .
