I cannot get this tablet to boot up , it stays on this screen and nothing else. I have tried to reset constantly but nothing happen so perhaps some one can repair and enjoy it. It is fairly new with the clear paper still on the screen

Thank you but I only ship US. It is very expensive to ship out of the country. My son owns a clothing store and what may cost 3.00 to ship US would cost 14.00 in other places with no tracking.

have you tried to hold the reset and volume up/down at the same time? some times this will go to factory mode reset

Yes have done that , but after resetting it shows the screen above and never boots up. I have tried that a number of times.
