This is a 7" NueTab tablet. I'm not sure why it doesn't work. It will turn on but will not do anything else. It does not come with a charger. Takes the same kinda charger everything else takes. Good luck!

It could be that the o/s just needs to be reloaded via a Micro SD Card is a possiblity especially since it does come on.
