What is the minimum amount of seed offered?

I have no idea of how many seeds I send, now before you say that's not right let me explain due to the size of the seeds I don't waste my time to count them. If I had to guess no less then then 30and go's up form there and that's on the very very low side. I have used large amounts of points on seeds and only received 4 or 5 seeds and sometimes I did not get a planet for it, so I look at like this if 5 in every 10 seeds grows 3 of the 5 seeds don't make it through the first year then you at least have 2 plant.
